Delivery & Returns Policy
Standard Delivery: Our flat shipping rate is £6.49 per delivery address to the UK mainland.
Free Delivery: We offer free UK mainland delivery for orders over £60.
All UK orders made Monday to Thursday will be posted within 1 working day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be posted on Monday. We are using 2-3 day delivery service, but please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. You will receive tracking information on your email when we despatch your item.
Overseas: Currently we do not provide a service to overseas customers.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.

Our return policy is simple - if you are not happy, we are not happy too. This is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days from your delivery date for a refund or exchange. The refund is for the item only less the shipping charges. Refund will be issued to the same credit card you use while making a purchase. You are responsible for paying return postage. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee exceeds your statutory right under the Consumer Contract Regulations, to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day the item has been delivered.
All returns must be first approved by GJ Hides. You must contact with us prior to send anything back.
In the event of a cancellation, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject. If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition that you receive it (new and unused) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect items
Any claims for the damaged, faulty or incorrect items must be made within 30 days after the day you receive the delivery. Contact us via email to email@example.com with the word CLAIM for a return authorisation on damaged, faulty or incorrect items and we will process your claim.
In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please make pictures of damages and send them to us with your claim.
